Good news for Crohn's in Vernon

A beautiful thing happened today. At lunch I walked by the fish place and saw smoked salmon (mmmmmmmmm). Decided that it was something DH and I should share, and I shouldn't put it in the fridge at work, so DH and I went there after work. The store is amazing. Lots of premade food! Yummy things. So I asked about one dish, and when he told me what was in it I made my usual sad face that I have to be dairy free and gluten free and corn free; so he told me that they make *spelt pizza*!!! How cool is that? And he can make it with soy cheese! I was so excited when I left there! He said he can make anything to order. lalalalala. I am a happy girl. I must share this discovery with my other food challenged friends at work!

Oh, and the pizzas are really neat flavours like:
halibut coconut curry
thai shrimp
lamb pepperoni
smoked salmon with pesto, roasted garlic and cheese
bc wild mushroom

yummy
