190.0. With what I ate this week I am thrilled with this number.
219 this week-I curse Aunt Flo.
Stuck at 181. For over 10 years, I've been battling my weight problem, and I believe I've finally found a way to succeed. During my annual gyno exam, I was told about a program that has a high success rate, and I will begin that program on April 28. It's available only in my locality, but I will report my success in the next challenge. I am thrilled that there's something that really works — we'll see for sure as time goes on. Those of you who have been on this challenging road for years and years are sure to understand my excitement.
137.4. I think my body just likes 137. Doesn't seem to matter what I eat, or how much or little. Nor does it seem to matter how much or little I work out or what kind of workout it is. Always 137 point something. With the amount of muscle I have (admittedly why I weight heavy for my height), you'd think I'd be a freakin' calorie burning machine. Sigh... :(
I think it may be time to go in and get my fat/lean percentage tested again. It will either make me feel okay about what the 137 is made up of, or force me to make some more serious changes in my lifestyle.
Anyway, cheers to all of you. Whether you're up or down this week, I salute you. Keep at it.
132.5 I have had a bad week (cold and bronchitis). Anyway, down .5 :)
136. Looks like no weight loss for me at all this entire challenge. Grr.

I think its a no change week for me....or pretty close. I didn't work out as much this week either!

140.
I haven't worked out due to starting a new job that has me tired! But I haven't been eating a ton so there you go?
170.9 Not bad considering my long work hours and extremely short workOUT hours. ;)
223.0.
I know. I'm moving the wrong direction. The good news is I know why, and I'm working on it.

I'm riding daily and.....gaining weight??
134...
I made a no-eating out pact with my roommate for this week. :) Hopefully that will help!
168.2 at the last weigh in. What SLOW movement! Oh well, that's how it goes sometimes.
148.3
Hi everyone, long time no see!
I checked the scale this morning and somehow I managed to lose a couple of pounds over the past few weeks despite my complete lack of activity. :o
I've been eating OK, 3 square meals, even the occasional ice cream, and Tim-Tams from AU courtesy of Trekhawk :D, but I fill up quick and just haven't been downing the mass quantities like I used to do. Eh, I'll probably get over that soon enough.
So I'm down to 156, woo-woo.
I had my first good week for this session. :) I'm not expecting it all to stay though. I did do better (not as good as I could, but better) with my eating. I also did a lot better with my exercise, abs class at the work gym, spinning, run/walk on 4 days. But I also did a hilly 40 mile charity ride yesterday with my sister and brother in law, so I'm thinking some of the 2.6 that came off, is actually water loss from the ride and lack of much eating from the ride. :) But I'm going to try and challenge myself to make lot of good choices this week and see if I can manage to keep that and add a bit to it.

147 this morning...haven't been on a ride since last weds :( and almost done with the monthly uhggg so should be easier now.
no ride today, shoulder is killing from being on the computer all day, tomorrow is a 14hr workday, and weds it's supposed to rain :(
Whoa... looking at the chart, 6 weeks have gone by!?
How did that happen? And I haven't really lost any weight.
My "there's always next week" attitude isn't working out so well.
Since my last post on 4/3 or so, I've gone from 163 to 158.8.;) Had two weeks in there where I barely lost a pound then at WW yesterday I showed a 4.4 lb. loss! Crazy, but I'll take it!
back to 162.4.... man... i gotta do this... I need to read susan's advice again...
....but I just had to post my new weight loss. Down 2 pounds!
174.6
Yipeeee!!!! :D
147....Kat's birthday and cake was served.......
223 for me this week. I've been behaving very well, and have exercised every day. It's just gonna take a little time to undo the damage I did when I was off the wagon, I expect.

150 Down two lbs!
My jaw almost hit the floor! :D After a week of being sick, no exercising, and generally feeling sluggish and miserable, this was quite a surprise. My total weight loss since Feb 2008 is now 70 lbs. My official WW goal is only 10 lbs away.
This will be my last weigh-in on this go-round. Two upcoming long business trips and a vacation to Peru will have me away from home for most of May. I just hope I can maintain during that time.
If you decide to continue the weigh-in thread for May and June, count me in with a goal of 145.
257.2!
Down 1.6 pounds this week and they only thing I did different was eat more and exercise more......
I rode a total of 69 miles from last sat-thurs.
Tina
Tina, thank you for the kind words. :) It may be a cliche, but I've truly made a lifestyle change. This journey has never been easy and I expect there will be many times that I'll struggle with making the right choices. I'm so much healthier now.
Updates rolling in..

And yes we will be doing another 8 week round of this when this one is done. :)
Exactly the same... 138.2
*sigh*

151 again for me. My trainer measured me this week. In four weeks I've gone from 26% body fat to 22.5% - lost 6 pounds of fat, but gained a pound of muscle. My skinny jeans are beginning to not fit. :D They are too loose and I have to keep hiking them up.
Tucker Cat lost another ounce - 15.81 for him.

skinimini...awesome. I was sick this week, too, have been for two weeks. ...no exercise, no biking, no nothing. I am going to try to do a metric at Burnsville NC tomorrow. We will see how that goes! I was training well before I got sick on Easter, so it isn't like I am starting out with NO base miles. I am looking forward to getting back on the bike. This was the virus from *%&#!
Down, though, for me. to....drumroll...130.5.
It is embarrassing to weigh 6 more pounds than the DH! But the 15 pounds I have put on since I was married definitely make me feel worse. I can already tell a difference in how I feel, so that is good!
This forum has been so incredibly motivating for me. Thanks to you ALL!
Keep up your exercise, smaller food portions, and resist one temptation every day. It works!!!
:):):)
137.0 this morning.
The plan in the next two months is to pay closer attention to the protein/carb/fat ratio. I've been tracking calories (sorta), but I'm sure I'm not eating enough protein. Time to tweak things and see if that will make a difference.
