In that case, I'd suggest erring on the large side, the fabric is not a stretchy as in some other jerseys.

Any word on the long sleeve/jacket category ? Has it been verified that we met the minimum ? (nervously wringing of hands)

Yes - we met the 25 minumum for the long sleeve items.
