app on my phone to count and track everything I ate, I think it worked. Today I weighed in at 201.

Staying at 140 which is okay. Sure I would like to lose about another 5 pounds...but I am just as happy that I didn't gain any.

OMG that was the best concert I've ever been to. They're coming back for a show at the 9:30 Club here in DC. Anyone want to go with me??
Oh, and just to bring this on topic, I did not overeat today. I had an early dinner so I wouldn't wind up buying arena food. :D
