According to Galloway's pace predictor, I should actually be taking my long runs a little slower (more like 12:00). It's just it takes... so... long. :D
In the fall my long runs were generally @ 10:15-10:30. I ran the half in 2:00:41 (@9:13). Of all the formulas, Galloway's seems to have the most congruency between my 5K time and my half marathon time. Honestly, since it was my first half, I probably could've done it a little faster (darn it, I KNOW I had 42 seconds in me in the first few miles :rolleyes:).
