Treadmill hills again after CrossFit. 1 minute of time added this week to interval time.
6 X 3 minutes at 6% incline - 2min rest between each interval
2 X 3 minutes at 5%
2 X 3 minutes at 6%
2 X 3 minutes at 7%
Was a pretty wet beast by the end of that session.
My HR zones for running are pretty high - Zone 1 is HR less than 160. My anaerobic threshold is 191. My bike zones are much lower. Am due to be tested again after this round of training to adjust the zones yet again.
