I've also biked by the New River in Virginia. This is a picture taken in October.

These are pretty crappy since they are from my phone, but...
A picture of the local trail last year when it was flooded out (this trail goes about 50 miles end to end and crosses the WA-ID state border):

A picture from the northern point of the ironman coeur d'alene ride (this is last year, but trust me it didn't change :p):

I have seen lots of bunnies (especially at dusk), marmots (moreso in the mornings), and a few snakes (in the middle of the day), all of which are hard to catch on camera. Sometimes I see deer in the evenings but not really when it's this hot outside, and by the time I could get out my phone, they scamper (prance?) off. I have only seen a moose once (which is uncommon for the area normally, but we saw several this year), and that was running, so I didn't have my phone. ;)
Other than that, it's mostly cars, other cyclists, walkers, and runners, with associated children and/or doggies. I don't think you need pictures of those. :)
I see a variety of terrain, and sometimes a variety of weather on my rides. The Bay Area has a lot of Microclimates.
Lots of woods:

Some great bike lanes:

Sometimes my favorite mountain bike trails (from my road bike):

And if I'm really lucky, the Pacific (but that requires an overnight, a car ride back or about 80 miles and a couple of mountains):

I've never ridden by the ocean (yet!) but that would be awesome!
I'd love to bike tour up the coast of Maine and then into New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. It would be heavenly!!!
Those pictures from the Bay Area are just lovely! I once had an opportunity to teach at a school in Napa and I sometimes think back and say "Dannng!" to myself. It's just so beautiful!
There are approximately 4 wild turkeys that sit in the field across from where we park. They are too far away to photograph. However, down the path, one took flight and barely missed the rider in front of us. Occasionally a few deer and lots of wooly worms, bunnies, and geese. But I doubled back to take this pic, JUST FOR YOU GUYS. Apparently these three herons can't read the "No swimming" sign. (Wish I'd had my camera instead of just my iphone).
I love seeing the herons, ducks, geese, rabbits, squirrels, turtles, etc. One time a beaver ran out of the water right in front of me. I didn't get his picture.
I rode by a new lake today. There were hundreds of geese everywhere!

There was also an old restored school house. It was locked so I couldn't go in, but I took pictures through the windows.

The geese are hilarious. I'd swear that's Creve Couer Lake. They are very brave and hiss if you make eye contact. They've actually brought the bike riders to a stop and caused a back up! I've had one flap its wings at me, and I'm pretty sure they could knock me off my bike. Bike bells work best--I keep threatening to put one on my road bike;)
