I aced my favorite climb (aced means I did not drop below 10 kph as previously :o ) , I felt strong and making my legs burn felt nice. Well it offset the sitbone pain from my new saddle I'm testing :D
I dropped DBF (he having in him: a ride yesterday and a wedding reception:rolleyes:)
I thought for a 2hr spin I would not need sunscreen, now I am burnt on my forearms :p
On the down side, I felt totally lopsided for some reason. Shoe plates felt "off", my ar$e hurt more on one side than the other. That got better later after coffe (!!).
