I'll admit that yesterday was not exactly healthy. It was our first wedding anniversary so I'm cutting myself some slack!
B: high fiber cereal with 2% milk (so far so good);
L: homemade mushroom barley soup and half an apple (still doing fine);
D: (This is wear things fall apart) Homemade meatloaf, peas, and mashed potatoes. Plus, a glass or two of Champagne.
S: Ice cream cone
Today, I'm back on track! :) I did go for a ride yesterday, but I'm pretty sure it didn't make up for my diet.
