+1 and I cant even get out for a lunch time walk today. ugh!!
Well in Michigan it was 54F+ today and I did get out to ride! Yahoo!!!!!

58 degrees today! But...I had a PT appointment this afternoon and he fired my neck up so I couldn't ride. Muscle spasms in neck = no riding :( :mad: It wasn't HIS fault, if I hadn't waited a blasted month after the whiplash to get it seen to things wouldn't have gotten near as bad. Perhaps. But I am starting to feel better!
I have a 7 mile mountain bike trail hike planned tomorrow. It will be in the 40's and if I can't ride the trails right now I CAN hike them :cool:

What makes all of this even more fun is IMBA gave the trail system there epic status in 2011, and there are few systems in the world they've given that designation to. Frankly I may not be able to ride all of the short route in October, but I will ride all of it that I can :cool:

I was one of the lucky ones with both time and sunshine yesterday - I towed dd to nursery, then did just under 8miles on some local lanes in the sunshine.
