Light exposure and circadian rhythms is something I've believed VERY strongly in for a long time, so I'm gratified to see the research coming around to my point of view. :cool:
I know most people aren't fortunate enough to either live or work where they can have healthy exposure to light. :( But just maybe, the more links are found between artificial light and poor health, insurance dictates will directly or indirectly make more sunlight available to more people. I can only hope.
