The last couple of rides over 75 miles I've had this sort of stabbing pain in my back, it is the level of my waist. Is this because I'm not drinking enough water? or electrolytes?

The last couple of rides over 75 miles I've had this sort of stabbing pain in my back, it is the level of my waist. Is this because I'm not drinking enough water? or electrolytes?
I get the same feeling when I'm dehydrated, even when I'm not riding or exercising. I think when I'm dry I feel it my stomach and kidney's first. Do you drink alot of water when you ride?
