Free Range Cycles ( www.freerangecycles.com ) is my other favorite LBS. They're gonna build my Soma Double Cross for me when I have my money all lined up.
They are super cool. They don't want to help me change components on my Kona. Here's why that is cool: they could make a b#ttload of money off me changing all kinds of stuff for me just so I can put drops on my bike. They advised against it.... because it would cost me too much money!! Are they cool or what!
I bought a Soma poly-whatever water bottle from them. http://www.somafab.com/bottle.html Awesome bottle, no icky taste and not gonna grow cooties like my soft plastic bottle. It doesn't squeeze as easily as a softie, and it's not as tough as a Nalgene, but if you're a sipper rather than a gulper and you use a bottle enough that mold growing in the plastic itself is an issue, well I highly recommend it.
