New to me Bike Friday

I found a 1995 BF Metro and I really like the ride. I will upgrade some of the components as time goes by. I think its going to be a good bike to do whatever I dream up. I have named her Chigger.

Well, not here in Belize; I only have a beach cruiser here as my Bike Friday would only be good on about one road here on the island. But in the US, that's my bike. :D

Looking forward to putting mine back together soon as we're going to be traveling in the US and doing a little cycling in the next couple of weeks. I am going to stick to flatter areas as I haven't ridden hills in over a year, and it's going to be very strange to be back on a road bike with gears after riding only a single-speed beach cruiser for year. I am quite sure I'll try to stop by reversing my foot direction too (used to coaster brakes now), and I hope that doesn't cause me to plow into anything. :eek:
