Hi All,
We went on our first night trail ride last night. We were able to borrow lights from a riding buddy. Thanks to all of you that have given me feedback on the lights. I borrowed a helment mount halogen. I liked it on my helmet, but did not like having to run it on the low setting. My hubby borrowed a bar mount so we can compare notes.
Anyway, after about the first 15 min, I loved it. I was a bit tentative at first, and then relaxed and let it rip. The trails were not too technical, no big obstacles or steep drops, so it was a great place to start. We rode for two hours, and I was tired and hungry and wet and muddy and did I mention hungry, when we got done, but what a blast.
So....now I am hooked, on riding in the snow and riding at night...maybe I can hope for a snowy night!:)
