For the second year in a row and for only the second time in my 47 years, I passed my physical with everything in line!

Triglycerides Low

Traditionally, triglycerides and cholesterol were a serious problem...but I've not used medication...just lifestyle changes.

Thanks to all on here who encouraged me and suggested dietary changes a couple years ago.:cool:

I also had a carotid ultrasound with no blockage detected!


Looks like I might outlive my means!:D

I just had my annual physical, too. Everything came back great except for my bilirubin test. It relates to liver function, and mine came back on the low end of high. Doc wants me to retest in a month. I sure hope it was a fluke. I don't otherwise have any symptoms related to liver problems, e.g., jaundice.
