and no, it doesn't have anything to do with biking. *sigh* Unless it has to do with lack of biking.
I have some kind of insidious stomach bug that has been plaguing me for 3 days now. I'm finally keeping food down and slept well and long last night, but lo and behold, I wake up with hips that are *killing* me. Perfectly synchronized on either side, right smack in the middle of the joint, feels just an inflammation or like I've done a massively hard hike, radiating down on the outside of my leg and calf all the way to the ankle. But all I've done for 3 1/2 days is mope around here, and sit and lie a lot!
The annoying thing is that it doesn't go away if I sit or lie or stretch or bend over or anything. Any tips? I don't think I'll be back on bike for a couple of days, so if it's lack of biking I'll have to get used to it....
