folding tires

does anyone know if you can put folding tires on any wheel or does it have to be a certain kind of wheel?

there's nothing special, fit-wise, about folding tires. Folding just means the tire bead is made out of kevlar instead of a metal wire. As long as the tire size matches the rim size, you shouldn't have a problem.
