Hello Ladies,
So, this past friday my BF and I went to buy me clipless pedals. Originally I was going to buy Zeros, but ended up getting X2. The LBS guy put me up on the trainer, set them up , and off I went. On saturday I went for my first ride yeyeeeee! Although I was pretty scared in the beginning, as soon as I got on the bike I got more comfortable with them. Of course I had my first fall too :) and was pretty happy to get over it. Nothing serious, just few scratches and a little road rash on my knee. I must say I love the pedals, as I was practicing spinning technique, I could already feel the difference. My speed got much better too. Thank you all for recommending them to me, enjoy your rides.

Cool - good for you!

Ordered my shoes and clipless pedals a couple days ago and they should be here anytime now. I hope my transition is as relatively seamless as yours! :D

Yeah, definitely true -- and they make such a big difference to your ride that it's worth joining the club!
