About a month ago, a riding buddy of mine (who just started road racing this season) asked if I'd coach her and a group of triathletes that she'd recruited in how to road race. All of them are very strong riders, but had no idea about road racing strategy or tactics. I only had a few chances to meet with them (and never actually had everyone together at the same time) before the "goal event," which was a 3 race omnium in town this weekend. We had an AWESOME race!
