I didn't even know he was Canadian, but you learn something every day. Just posted this on bikejournal, on my July 1st ride:
"I celebrated it by riding my bike from the metro station to the Leonard Cohen concert in Oslo, where I learned it was Canada Day :D
Great concert! He almost got all weepy-eyed at the sight of the Norwegian flag and the Canadian flag flying side-by-side at the entrance, in a lovely summer evening... "
"There ain't no cure, there ain't no cure, there ain't no cure for love...." And you should have HEARD that 74 year old belt out "Hallelujah" like there was no tomorrow!
