2.5 hours of Coach Troy.

I haven't done MT in awhile. It has a set of isometric squats in the middle. I remember when I first got this video those were SO hard. He'd say we were halfway there and I'd be screaming obscenities. They're not so bad now. :p

The last set of Hillacious was killer. There is a lot of big ring + 12 in Mental Toughness, so having one more set of that after 2+ hours was hard. But then this really rockin' song came on, as I was starting my cool down. I just HAD to do a super spin to it. Kill me now...

Uphill Grind is hard - congrats on making it all the way thru, and living to tell about it. :cool:

I finally made it thru the entire Aero Base Builder V compilation today - a bit over 2 hours. I had to take a break in the middle though. :o

I thought I was going to lapse into a coma ...

I did half of Tough Love. It was tough enough. I'm working up to the full 3 hours one set at a time.

I like those aero base builders - 2 hours is a long time on a bike, though.
