SKnot and I got this Scion/Parkour ad on DVD when we were looking at cars two years ago. (we were thinking of an Xb)

oooh boy - if a person tried to imitate that without knowing what they were doing it would be a recipe for some nasty broken legs and ankles..... (and wrists and arms and skulls...........)
Pretty incredible feats of gymnastics though - you have to be very strong to do backflips like that.

the first video reminded me of the funny cat videos. Those guys reminded me of kittens bouncing off walls.

David Belle (superstar of Parkour) crashed on a very simple jump, and he insisted that it be publicized so people would see that you really can fall in Parkour, that falling is part of the whole thing.

I had a client in Edmonton who was totally into parkour. He kept me busy.

That car add reminded me of an episode of Top Gear where James May races a couple of freerunners across Liverpool. The freerunners won of course. So maybe that'll be the new trend in commuting?
I can do that...I just don't want to :p

That's pretty cool. I know I can't do that stuff, just no vertical leap, with or without momentum;) I'm best staying on the ground and just watching:)
