My favorite go-to snack is one cup non-fat plain yogurt drizzled w/one TBSP of honey and topped w/a few TBSPS of chopped walnuts. It is reminiscent of Greek yogurt, only much more nutritious and lower calorie.
It's delicious, nutritious and very satisfying.
