I ride horses and after i am usally really tired. A couple of days i need to re-foucs since i have to do homework when i get home. What is best is to eat after a strenous horseback ride? I thought I would ask you guys since a lot of people seem to know about this kind of stuff. I am planning on eating a luna or clff bar after tommrow when i go.

You could try chocolate milk - it works after a hard bike ride.:)

Hmm yep that might be a problem. Milk warmed by the sun does not sound very appetizing.:eek:

I think that chocolate Endurox tastes just like chocolate milk, works just as well, and I bring a bottle of water and an empty bottle with the powder in it and just mix it up after my ride. yum! After a really cold ride, I mixed it with hot water and it was even better!
