Ennui No More!!

Finally, I've managed to drag my carcass off the couch and get out and ride! Went on a short (15 miles) flat ride with other Bike Academy staff members today - it felt soooo good to be on my bike! ;)

I hope this means the spell is broken, and I'm back to my regular riding again. I'm not registered for anything untl August - the Holstein 100 - my favorite ride. Plenty of time to get back in shape, don't y'all think?

Well done Snapdragon, it's always hard to get up off the couch but you've made the first step, keep going and you'll be up Alpe D'Uez (sorry can't spell it) before you know it :D
