This is awesome! I have a friend who is still on her last round of kemo with breast cancer. I know her husband rides. Is it only for women or is it for men also? If I had more time to train I would do it....but i can only go about 5 miles (on mountian bike with slicks). Please let me know some more info. THanks!!
They have a 12-mile route! Join in!
I think I am going to do the 47 mile route. Toni, what are you planning to do?
Hey, if we all start out on the same route, do you want to ride together until we get to the break-off point? I think I will be doing this ride alone unless my sister says she wants to join in.

I am going to do the 12 miles...I just started to cycle about 2 weeks ago.....I would love to meet up with you! I am on a special doctor controlled weight loss program and I am only taking in 800 calories a day. So, doing 12 miles is what I am shooting for. I will complete it!
Sandy45 - this ride is for anyone, women, men, children, patients..anyone! I know that 2 of our patients with metastatic breast cancer rode last year! My best to your friend.
Toni, I just read on the website last night that our two distances will have different start times. So I don't know if we will be able to ride together for the first 12 miles or not.
I will still call you that morning to meet you and say HI!!!
