I don't remember what thread this was on, so I'm starting a new one.......
MizLiz, Irulan, I finally used your recommended song in a class! "Kashmir" was a great climb, over 8 minutes. Gives people a chance to really get into the climb. They all loved it. We ramped up resistance 5 times throughout the song so it was pretty intense by the end.
