    Core training & plyometics

    My gym is offering a course in this and I'm going to take it. I think it would be really beneficial for cycling - especially sprinting. I need core work - my lower back really talks to me these days. I'll be sure to keep you ladies up-to-date with what I learn. Maybe we'll all meet in one giant peleton & smoke Lance...(is he a banned substance? His ears are too big for me...)

    back pain

    take it easy with the plyo if you have back problems...it sounds like a fun course though!
