I loved my avocet airo2 until I bought my Aegis Swift bicycle. Then I couldn't seem to get the avocet positoned right. I tried the Terry Butterfly, looked really cool on the new bike, but it was too wide, felt like a 2X4 between my legs. So I went back to the Avocet. All this season I just couldn't get it positioned right. It didn't make a lot of sense because the geometry of the Swift isn't much different than my Cannondale Compact. I had bought the Juliana by Wylder for my mtn bike but I decided to try it on the road bike. It's awsome. Rode three days in a row on it and absolutely no pressure points, no numbness. It seems to support my sitbones comfortably, without putting pressure on my sensitive parts. Still can't figure out why the Avocet is not working. But my vote is for the Juliana. I got the titanimun rails. My bike shop ordered it for me.
