Hey all! Happy 1000th. BMo3, glad you finally got snow. I spent a couple hours on the trail today in the Berkshires, and just a dusting of snow, but good and cold.

Off to the shower. Oh no, dog needs to go out first.

I spent the day re-routing my drip irrigation for the Tortoise Walk, and digging azaleas out of the jungle that had grown up around them, and so rewarded myself with a new Gerber daisy, daffodil and some succulent I forgot the name of. Then I took pics of Choco in all of them. I had to cut down my Mexican petunias- we're obviously not going to have winter down here.

I know, I was pretty worried about being on that page myself! I'm back home from work, and wanted to contribute again...

    Religion- PNW style :D

Caffeine is my shepherd; I shall not doze.
It maketh me to wake in green pastures.
It leadeth me beyond the sleeping masses.
    It restoreth my buzz.
It leadeth me in the paths of consciousness for its name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of addiction,
I will fear no Equal -
    For thou art with me;
Thy cream and thy sugar they comfort me.
Thou preparest a carafe before me in the presence of The Starbucks.
Thou anointest my day with pep; my mug runneth over.
Surely richness and taste shall follow me all the days of my life,
And I will dwell in the House of Mocha forever.

Our lager who art in barrels, hallowed be thy drink.
Thy beer doth come, I will be drunk, at home as in the tavern.
Give us this day our foamy head, and forgive us our spillages
as we forgive those who spill against us.
And lead us not to incarceration, but deliver us from hangover.
For thine is the beer, the bitter, and the lager, forever and ever.
    Barmen.

Well, my honey is off on a work trip for a couple of days and I thought it'd be a GREAT idea to down a bottle of wine all by my lonesome...I think I'll be singing a different tune in the am...night all.

I can't tell if port and coke mixed taste good like cherry coke or nasty like... port and coke mixed. It gets better with every glass, though.
