    Review for shorts and tops

I received an order for some new summer tops and shorts, and by summer, I live on the SE coast. So it's hot. And humid. Good news is, I think they are all good for this climate.

Patagonia Crank Jerseys. Light. Airy. Breathable. On sale. They run very large. By one or maybe more sizes. Sending them back for a size smaller. They are very pretty compared to how they look online. And nice pockets. Not the typical you expect from the photo. The front zip does not bother me, which is unusual. Great quality. Worth much more than the sale price of 30-35 dollars.

    Terry Hip Holster shorts.

Nice and airy. Long like the old LG Neo Powers. The waist was good, but there was a think seam a couple of inches below the belly button. Not very well thought out. Terry is another brand that tends to run large. Maybe if I'd tried a size smaller, as the chamois felt loose around the legs. Possibly worth trying again later. But I"m sending these back for now. At $109.00, I think I'd be better to just lose 10 pounds and get the size smaller. They have 'holster' pockets on the outsides. Not sure I'd use them. Overall very close to what I want.

Louis Garneau fit sensor shorts. Fit as expected. Flattering. Light and airy. Definitely not compressive. The chamois looks the same as the Neo Power shorts that sell for more than $130.00, but cool for summer. And only $79.00. Winner. I just ordered another pair.

I'm going to post this on After TE, too. Since I originally asked everyone on there for opinions.

    Thanks!
