How to delete old photos?!

I'm feeling kinda brain dead at the moment, but for the life of me, I can't remember how to delete old photos to free up space to post new ones. I am once again over the TE limit and am stymied.

Could someone please remind me?

Is it Settings > Attachments?

Though I just looked there and it doesn't appear I am over the limit, even though I haven't been able to upload any photos in a while.
