Wanted: 650c Wheelset

Looking for 650c wheelset (or possibly just rear wheel); need 11sp but will consider 10sp wheels that can be converted to 11sp that has 11sp rear hub or ability to have freehub body converted from 10sp to 11sp. Doing conversion to eTap which requires 11sp and my current rear wheel cannot be converted to 11sp.
