Hi! I'm back, kind of. I drop in to lurk from time to time, but I haven't been riding much.

So, what have you all been up to while I've been gone?
At least I don't leave slime trails.

    Yikes! How's the healing going?

I got hit by a car in December (as a pedestrian). Luckily, all I ended up with was some pretty spectacular bruising and probably my yearly dose of radiation in X-rays.

Ow! That sounds painful. I hear ya' on the x-rays...I have had enough lately for a lifetime lately.

Healing is going well. I am in the final stretch before having to get braces on my teeth to finish straightening everything back up. It could always be worse, right?

Hi Owlie! Glad you weren't more seriously hurt.

I haven't been riding much lately, either, at least not as much as usual. Not by choice! Hoping to get back to my regular riding soon. Or else it's time to find a new activity that I can do -- maybe it's time to try kayaking.

So what have you been up to?

    - Gray 2010 carbon WSD road bike, Rivet Independence saddle
    - Red hardtail 26" aluminum mountain bike, Bontrager Evoke WSD saddle
    - Royal blue 2018 aluminum gravel bike, Rivet Pearl saddle

    Gone but not forgotten:
    - Silver 2003 aluminum road bike
    - Two awesome worn out Juliana saddles

Great to you see you Owlie. I've been cycling but less distances ...still at it. How is your healing from car accident?? I was hit as a pedestrian as a teen...I was knocked down in the snow in intersection by a slow moving car through her red light. I remember going down and the sky looking like jagged film footage. I was hit in front of a life insurance company headquarters building...
