Stp 2016

I signed up to do STP for the first time this year. We're doing it in a day and a half, stopping in Longview. The weather looks perfect, cool and mostly cloudy. Anyone else doing the ride?

Hope you had a great first STP! We signed up this year to support my sons friend who was doing it for the first time (I was not too excited about it though as this will be our 8th time, and not my favorite ride...just too many peeps). I will say, as much as I was dreading it, it was a great ride despite the 150 miles of head winds. It made me really appreciate the lovely tailwind they sent our way for the last 36 miles. All in all, I had way more fun than I thought I would and my sons buddy finished his first double century before dark! AWESOME!
