I made up my usual pre-run/ride drink, and thought to share it here. I just put a scoop of vanilla protein powder in a cup of OJ, shake it up, and drink. Voila, Orange Julius! (sort of ) Tasty carbs + protein. Wait 20 min, and go run before the sun goes down. YAY for (slightly) longer days! Lise
