    Rosewick Trail

So today I completed another 20 miles but this time I went on the Rosewick trail. My time going all the way and back and I must say that hill; I wasn't ready! I feel like I should have completed 25 miles today, but I listened to my body. Also I think I'm losing inches because my biker shorts were lose enough to chamois didn't fit right. Overall I'm happy I did the trail.

You have to watch the loose chamois; too much movement can lead to nasty sores. I was just thinking about you, and also remembering when I was starting to do 20 mile rides, and wanting to ride longer and/ or back to back days, but my legs just didn't have anything left for that. I remembered that I started taking a calcium and Magnesium supplement and it really seemed to help with recovery. Initially, I'd started taking SportsLegs supplement, which was very expensive, but discovered the same benefit from the Costo sized bottle of Calcium/Mg (about 10 bucks for hundreds of pills). It might have been that simply plugging away at it finally worked, but it could also have been the pills. Might be why my bones are very strong, as I've had reason to discover lately with all the xrays taken after the collision. Couldn't hurt to try...

Sorry for the late reply but I will try the calcium and magnesium supplements. That chamois did make my butt sore so those are gone. I will let you know how the supplements are. How are you doing?

I am back on two wheels and everything is healing pretty well. Still so angry, though. Can't seem to shake it.
    Ride safely!
