I am from Tennessee and LOVE Magnolia trees. I've just returned from a visit home, and we visited a couple of relatives who have a condo right next to a fast moving river. There are several young Magnolias in their garden that I've not seen before - and only noticed them because they were flowering. Of course there are different types of Magnolias, and I had thought that I was familar with them all. That proved to be incorrect :-)
