2130 mm sounds exactly right for this tire size. The only thing to watch out for is if it's either an extremely warn tire, or some kind of special flat-resistant tire with added layers of protection over the contact patch.

Newbie here. I just put a question about tire pressure in the technical section - not sure if I should've posted here first. Love this website btw.
I'm trying to calculate my wheel circumference as I'm using my turbo trainer with Trainer Road and it needs this information.
My standard tires are 700 x 35. But I'm using a spare wheel which says on it that it's 700 x 28C / 23. This has a trainer tire on it which is 700 x 23 / Max 120 PSI (I'll be setting this at 110 PSI).
I went to the Berkshire Sports website and used their calculator. I entered the wheel size as 700 and the tire size as 23. The calculator says that my wheel circumference is 2130 MM, 213 CM, 83.9 Inches.
Does this sound right? I know that you can measure out your wheel with paint etc, but it's easier if I can just use a calculator.
