Terry Susan B?

I'm thinking of buying a Terry Susan B for my first bike. I'm short, 5'2", with short legs, so am hoping the 13" will fit me well. I want to ride around the neighborhood - which is pretty hilly - and on bike trails. My goal is to be 40 pounds lighter this time next year.

Anyone have this bike?
