Anyone heard of this? it is by Tosca Reno she is an author for Oxygen magazine. I saw a 7 day sample of her diet and have been following it for 6 days now, I like it and have lost 3lbs so far. My problem is if I don't have something to follow I get lost and eat too much or not enough.

This is eating every 2.5 -3 hours which is great for me, but I don't think it has enough dairy for me, I am eating some yogurt and maybe milk in my oatmeal and I do take a calcium pill.

Just wondering about the principal behind it since it just gave a sample of the diet. I found her book on ebay and bid on it cuz I was curious but thought I would ask ya'll.
