I want to know that is their any specific cycle should be used to increase the health or any general bike will also do the same.

Any bike that is comfortable for you and makes you smile and want to bike more.

In general, I would recommend a road bike for road riding and a mountain bike for trails if you need a slightly more specific idea during your bike search.

I would also like to add that the most important thing about a bike is not which kind but if you use it consistently with intent and increase your time, distance and effort on a regular basis. No matter what kind of bike you use, it doesn't do anything if you spend all the time worrying about which bike and don't use it.

I don't either. It's one thing to be an English language learner, but this one sounded like, no. And the fact there's no response, tells me I may have been right.
    Who knows, maybe I'm wrong.

The message is quite suspicious - though spammers usually post nonsensical or extraordinarily general posts to a dozen or so old threads all at once. This one may have been a legit ESL person or may just have been testing the waters and seeing that you are not allowed a signature (where they usually stick their ad for purses or diet pills etc) for a period of time after joining, gave up.
