    Unhappy Bad sizing!!!

    I just got me TE order delivered and was so excited to get my shirt, shorts shoes and sox. The shirt was a 2X xhebeast green snakeskin...and is so small it is more like a SIZE 2 PETITE!! WTH???? (SB-3209P -0GR -2X Bellissima Snakeskin Jersey Plus - grass ) I don't have time to get this sent back! Never home when a post office is even open. I am WOEFULLY disappointed in this!

    One is not exclusive of the other. Calling them does not inform those potential purchasers.

    Neither does posting here. There's space for customer reviews on the page where you bought the item, specifically including sizing.

    But first, check the label. Garments sometimes get mis-packed. I've gone through that myself before, complaining about a "change" in sizing of an item when it turned out I'd actually gotten a different size from what I'd ordered.

    Seriously? Either A) you didn't read the sizing chart on the website since some things run small or B) you accidentally ordered the wrong size or C) they made a mistake, nothing to get excited about. TE has one of the best return/exchange policies I've ever encountered and their customer service is top notch. Nothing to "warn" about here.

    This an APPEARAL thread so...posting here is appropriate. I checked the size tag because I am smart like that. And yeah...I am not a member of the church of TEAM E but seems perhaps some of you are and consider it blasphemy to post something indicating the item was not what it appeared to be.

    Actually, when they get customer feedback about items running small or large relative to the size chart, they include that in the description to help customers choose the right size.


    If there is a "church of TE," it's because their customer service is beyond excellent. I have worked in mail order for a long time and I have shopped via mail/internet since I was a teenager and they have far-and-away the best service of any company that I have ever worked with.

    Call them.

    Absolutely. TE has GREAT customer service. While I usually go to my LBS first, TE cares. And their website has awesome sizing info. Always read that and then look at the reviews. I have large hips, so I am either a M or a L in things and want to know. I've never been "wronged" by TE by following this advice. And if I needed to send something back, it was easy.

    Well, ya'll make a strong case. I don't doubt you one bit. OH And Colorist: I have a 2014 Kia Soul Alien Green II! Love IT. I use it to commute as I have a 50 mile round trip for work and need a car during work as well.

    My goodness, that's quite a reaction. Church of TE?? WTF? As with any other retailer, if you are dissatisfied, call them up. Tell them about it. TE is very responsive to their customers.

    Yeah, definitely give them a second chance or at least a shot to make it right, OP.

    I love my little car but hate driving! Carl is coming up with me to Canada this summer. He will remain parked most of the summer.

    Yeah, colorisnt, I am going to call them PDQ. I will point out that the fit wasn't just a little off. Without exaggeration, the 2x shirt was sized like and undersized petite md. The ride I needed it for came and went. But will see what to do when I talk to them.
