Anyone planning on riding either the one in July or the one in August? Alternatively, has anyone done it before?

I think I am finally gonna do the August one. My boyfriend may be coming with me or may not depending on how much training he gets in. Tips, tricks, advice? I am probably going to get my parents to come up to Kenosha and pick me up if they can. I am not sure whether I will do 85 or 100 miles.
