    bike storage

    Howdy!

I'm planning to take my bike apart and store it for awhile. Since I don't have a clue about maintenance, I'm a little nervous about tearing it apart, maybe not being able to put it back together again. I'm planning to take the wheels off (ok, I got that part down!) and then hang up the frame, so the chain needs to come off too. Any tips for taking the chain off, storing it and then putting it back on again? Any advice would be much appreciated!
