    Thanks for the info. Forwarded the link to hubby.

    We bought the new 2014 Kinetic Rock and Roll because we felt (from all the reading and recommendations) that it should be the best for carbon bikes. But I still tell husband not to get up to pedal on his bike. Yes the trainer/bike can take it but do not push your luck either. Stay down on the bike, not standing up!
