Do you have any favorites? Sufferfest? Spinervals?

I want to improve my hill climbing ability, so anything geared toward that would be great.

Sufferfest, definitely. Angels and The Hunted are both labeled as climbing workouts. I also like their race simulation ones, like Hell Hath No Fury and The Wretched, for working on climbing when you're utterly spent.

Sufferfest Downward Spiral is my favorite. Angels then. Hell hath no fury... Get all of them.

So what I'm hearing is a Sufferfest consensus? Allrighty then! If they kick my butt, I'll have you people to blame. Or thank.

I'm a big fan of The Sufferfest (own all of them, completing the 9 day Tour of Sufferlandria this morning). But I'd also recommend CycleOps RealRides Climb Indoor Trainer DVD. Robbie Ventura includes advice, and it is a 8 week structured training program.
