Food after ice cream bike ride (3 times)

Just came back from a simple 25 km. group bike ride. Great people. Very leisurely and we stopped at 3 different ice cream places. Before the ride, I had a small ball of saffron ice cream from a Persian cuisine food booth at a food festival.
Then it was black current ice cream. 2nd place I skipped. 3rd place was cardamon ice cream. I don't regret what I tried because atypical, good flavours.
But now it's boiled green beans and egg white pasta with a jot of soy sauce and oil. Really need to calm down the sugars!My Personal blog on cycling & other favourite passions.

Yea, a type of ride to try once.. If one ever organizes such a ride, make sure the area also offers sandwiches or something else.
