    Heel inserts?

My left foot is about a half size smaller than my right foot, so obviously when I bought my cycling shoe I had to fit the right foot. I was wondering if there's some kind of insert or wedge or something I can put in my left shoe to make it fit more snugly or if I should just use thicker socks?

Stick-on heel grippers should be available in any shoe store, if that's where your problem area is.

Tongue pads are harder to find - they're available for online ordering, or if you have a swimsuit with bra pads that you don't use, those work perfectly under the tongues of my running shoes.

Depending on how your shoes fasten, you may be able to set up the ratchet to close tighter on your smaller foot.

It's the heel area so I'll check out the shoe stores for grippers. I never knew such a thing existed. Thank you!
